Thank you so much for your efforts but I have some confusions on it:
-is it necessary to account the habitat points along with other three variables (species/prey/threats)? or, can it also be possible to see the interactive relationship without the habitat points.
-could you please slightly interpret the graphs that has been produced here? (as I did not use the cowplot/overplot yet and a beginner learner of R so, facing struggle to go through with it)
-after running or observing this poor quality outcomes of the linear model, will you suggest or recommend to use it or will it be better to use any other non-parametric test or simple correlation with these data sets?
