I installed R Studio on my official laptop & able to access/Download file from my official website without login credentials with the help of read.csv (R command).
How this makes possible that R studio able to download file without one's login credentials
Could you be more specific with what you mean by "official laptop" and "official website"? this seems more related to your system specific security features than to R or Rstudio.
