Arrows stop working on Windows 10

Hello,
The arrows stop working whenever I change the keyboard layout in Windows 10.
I have 2 keyboard layouts to switch to, that is my laptop's and an external keyboard.
Using these in RStudio creates a bug, actually two, that I haven't figured out yet.
While I prefer my external keyboard layout, it happens quite often that the behavior changes to the other one automatically... or via some unknown trigger. That's a small issue.
Then I switch back with the shortcut, but then the arrows to navigate text, aren't working... as if they're disabled.

I have to change windows and desktops, and somehow they work again. But I haven't figured out what exactly brings them back.

Thank you for your help.

I think you'll be more likely to get help (or at least narrow down whether this is an RStudio IDE problem or a system problem) if you can provide some more information:

#### System Information:
- RStudio Edition: (Desktop or Server)
- RStudio Version:
