Hi everyone,
I wanted to ask something about the bayesian network; I have to do a bayesian network of some data that I have in a large database( returns of cryptos...). I tried with bnlearn package and with the gs function but in the result I only have the nodes without the arcs.
Could anyone explain if I have to use another package or if I have to transform the data? I'm sorry I'm new to R so I have encountered some difficulties dealing with it.
