I am running a blog with blogdown/hugo, fairly simple, with the default lithium theme, no problems ever. But now I notice that math no longer renders if I include a shiny app at the end. The file is .Rmd, and the shiny is on shinyio, properly embedded within an iframe. Both MathJax and shiny work properly on their own, and shiny does work when they are together but not MathJax.
