Building a model in R for human-wildlife interactions

I'm trying to build a model in R that integrates the following:

  • Species richness for mammals
  • Distance from the visitors area (four points on a road: < 1 km; 1-5 km; 5-10 km; 10-20km; 20-30 km)
  • #visitors/month

This aims to correlate anthropogenic presence between mammal tracks. Is it possible to demonstrate a variation of richness both in distance and visitors density?
