Calculating standard error for incidence rate differences and incidence rate ratios

Hi everyone,

This question reflects my lack of statistical knowledge, but I'm not sure how to do this. It probably involves creating a custom function of some sort... but that's all I can think of where to start.

I'm asking here because I've tried any and all internet searches/StackOverflow searches I can think of with no luck.

Any help appreciated!
