Can I reset two-factor authentication, without two-factor authentication?

I setup two-factor authentication for Rstudio community on my phone. I later broke the phone and replaced it. I don't know how I can setup two-factor authentication on my new phone without generating a code from my old phone - which I no longer have. What can I do?

I just deactivated your 2-factor authentication. So you can reset your password via email now, I think, and reactivate your 2-factor auth after.

My advice: be logged in on several devices so you can ask an admin :).
