Cannot open the connection while sourcing the file

IHi, I get the message bekow when I source the selected rows. So far I have been tryig to source the list of libraries included in the script. Coul you please help me with this.

Error in file(filename, "r") : cannot open the connection
Calls: sourceWithProgress -> parse -> file
In addition: Warning message:
