can't install RStudio

my friend can't install RStudio

C:\Program Files\Rstudio\bin\rstudio.exe
Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service.

This could be happening because of the antivirus preventing rstudio to work properly, try adding rstudio to your antivirus white list or exclusions list
