Combined Item Categories Curve

Hi

I am struggling with a combined item characteristics curve for an 11 item 5 step Likert scale data set with >1000 respondents

I want to show progression of the category scale steps in the diagram. Person-item measure on th x and probability of the categories on the Y.

Can’t get it done in R. I have seen it done in winsteps.
