¿Cómo importar datos de sitio web?

Estoy tratando de importar datos de un sitio web, pero al tratar de descargar no me aparece el url de la base excel/csv para poder importarlo en Rstudio.

Este es el link del sitio web donde están los datos: Datos Abiertos - DIRECCIÓN NACIONAL DE ADUANAS DEL PARAGUAY

¿Cómo podría importar las bases?, ¿es posible hacerlo sin url del csv/excel?

I was browsing the page and found that as you change the number in the table the link is not updated.
If you want to do a bulk download of the xlsx files, you could try webscraping with Rselenium.
