I am confused by some signals I am getting from RStudio. I have a message at the top of the editor window that says "Packages ARDL, bugtime, and 16 others are required but not installed." However, when I go to the packages section ofthe information window, I see boxes wih checks in them for the ARDL and bigtime packages. I thought the existance of the box meant the package was installed, and the checkmark meant it was loaded. So why the warning?
This session is unusual for me in one way: I opened another instance of RStudio, in a different project, before opening this one. Might that have anything to do with it?
