Hello. Could you, please, recommend me any packges in R, with the help of which I'll be able to create wavelets?
As I'm not familiar with these packages, I'd be very pleased if you provide me with any tutorial or learning materials, which can help me to understand the topic itself.

Does the wavelets package not provide what you need?
