I have RStudio 1.4.1103 on a new Windows 10 machine. Dark themes do not work, any of them (both in Classic or Modern). I googled around but I couldn't find a solution, does anyone has the same issue?

I have just tested several of the Rstudio dark theme's on both a windows 7 prof and also a windows 10 machine.
Rstudio 1.4.1103. I don't see same issue. Dark theme's works fine on both.

Yes, I know that not everyone has the same issue, otherwise it would already been solved. But this happened both with the current and the previous version of RStudio on a brand new computer.

In a few words, I have changed not just the language settings but the regional format (the locale) from English(Netherlands) to English(United States).
