Description of crash - While Loading qdap package Rstudio, its getting below Error: "R session Aborted R encountered a fatal error."

    Please help me to resolve the issue.

I tried re-installing R, Rstudio many times, but issue still there.

Also i tried uninstalling qdap as well.But still getting same issue.

I, too, am getting the same result and I followed the same path to try to fix.

I installed RTools 4.2 for Windows and that did the trick. Here's the link: RTools: Toolchains for building R and R packages from source on Windows

well i did what worked for you but turns out i am still out of luck heh
