I have some shiny apps I am currently developing, and I would like to document them. I have a blog that uses blogdown, which is the logical place to do it, but I'm unclear on how this is likely to work, or not. Normally in blogdown I have Title, Explanation and observations, code chunk, code results. But Shiny doesn't easily break apart into easily consumed and reproducible segments. So I am a little stymied at how to write a clear and useful document that would incorporate code - preferably live code.
Anyway, I am casting about for suggestions and advice on how best to proceed. How do others document and explain their shiny apps? Is there a best practice?
