Does RStudio use the system file chooser?

Hi All

This is purely an aesthetic question from my perspective.

I'm using RStudio version 2022.12.0 on linux (Pop!_OS). When I use the file.choose() function, a file picker window opens and is quite usable, but it is not the system file browser.

Is there a way to get RStudio to use the system file browser instead?
