Double-clicking R script in windows now opens a new instance of RStudio?

My organisation has pushed a new version of the RStudio IDE, from 2022.02.3 (Build 492) to 2023.03.1 (Build 446).

In the old version, if I double clicked an R script from the Windows 10 file explorer, it would open the script in my already-open RStudio project/session.

In the new version, it now launches a whole new copy of RStudio just to open the file, which is not what I want.

Do you know how I can revert this behaviour?

(I realise I can open scripts from the RStudio file pane but sometimes doing it from Windows Explorer is easier.)

Thanks!
