Error Message in Deploying with learnR package

Hi,

I am deploying a tutorial with learnR to the web but i get this error:

Error in file(file, if (append) "a" else "w") : 
  n�o � poss�vel abrir a conex�o
Calls: <Anonymous> ... saveDeployment -> writeDeploymentRecord -> write.dcf -> file
Al�m disso: There were 26 warnings (use warnings() to see them)

How can I solve this? My subscription is the Starter Plan.

Does anything change with Sys.setenv(LANG = "pt")?
