ERROR: Permission Denied when installing ‘genefilter’

Hi,

I’m having some problems as multiple users before me. When I install the package “genefilter” , I get make: /opt/R/arm64/bin/gfortran: Permission denied

I’ve tried several methods to solve this problem, including “ giving permission into the .config directory under my sudo user” or opening Rstudio by “sudo open -a” in terminal. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
