I download the R studio and I also download R Programming But when I run the R studio Sends an error message : ( fatal error : R symbol not found )

What to do with this problem ?
On the RStudio download page some suggestions for installing RStudio and R are given:
Because my OS (Operating System) is Windows 10 the suggestion is for that OS, for you this may be different.
Did you follow these (e.g. install R from https://cran.rstudio.com/ ) or did you follow another method?
I followed (e.g. install R from https://cran.rstudio.com/ ) and I downloaded the R 4.1.1 but my OS is windows 7 (64-bit)
