I am fairly confused by the point of this thread. Do you intend for people to post any random questions concerning RStudio in this thread to have people answer them? If so, that is the whole purpose for this community and I don't think this thread is really needed as people can create their own threads for specific problems.
As for the python portion of the question title, your example is about R and the whole website is R focused so I don't think python questions are appropriate here (unless RStudio decides to make python a major focus in the future).
