Format pivot table(rpivotTable) in shiny app

Hi All,

I have one shiny app. In which pivot table is plotted.
i want to format (conditional formatting and coloring the columns) the pivot table.

I have attached the app screen shot below,

I want the pivot table formatted like below image,

Any Idea how to do this ? which packages shall i use?
i tried kableExtra but did not work.
