Function that is in the package and at the same time there is not

Hi,
There is a package:
https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/pomcheckr/pomcheckr.pdf
and in that package there is a function: plot.pomcheck()

When I use it even with iris (included in that particular package examples) I got an error:

"Error: 'plot.pomcheck' is not an exported object from 'namespace:pomcheckr'"

Why is that ? Is it me or you can reproduce it as well ?
