Get error when trying to Install RStudio on Win-7

I am trying to install RStudio and its saying windows cannot access the file.
Error code 0X80070043

I am installing it locally on the laptop with the local admin account.

I tried other versions and got the same issue.

I am not a Windows user, but a quick check of the last five RStudio releases shows Windows 10+ as required.

I think the last RStudio version to support Windows 7 (and 32-bit systems) was the ancient 1.1.463 version

The latest RStudio version supports Windows 10, I think the problem is with your specific Windows installation and not with RStudio per se.
