We need a fix for this. Basic Git workflows use a ~/.ssh/ folder. For all other applications on my computer, this (~/.ssh/) points to C:/Users/godom. For a Terminal window in RStudio, this points to C:/Users/godom/Documents, and I have found no way to change this.
Not really, I started to use Git in separate terminal instead of that inside RStudio.
I have had the same issue. I tested the latest Version: 2023.03.0+386 release, and still no resolution for git bash terminal (working in project directory and trying to connect to remote with ssh). This really needs a fix.
