Hi I am performing gseGO analysis and obtain the dotplot with pathways. However, there is a warning message that appeared as follows.

Warning message:
In preparePathwaysAndStats(pathways, stats, minSize, maxSize, gseaParam, :
There are duplicate gene names, fgsea may produce unexpected results.

Then I ran
duplicated(geneList) and did not find any duplicates. Is there anyone encountering the same problem as well?
