Necesito aprender a guardar mi trabajo, no obstante, no entiendo por que la opción "save" no se me activa, por lo que al otro día me toca iniciar todo nuevamente.

Firts, is better make the question in English because is more open for other R users.
Other way to save the worksheet in a file is press Ctrl + s.
RStudio save the file in Documents if you don select a specific folder.
