Ok we've setup a couple of vm's in Azure on Server 2019 that we are having an issue.
I don't think Azure is related to the problem just wanted to give all the details I can. We also have a server 2016 on prem server where we are not seeing this issue with the same user

The actual issue in during use of the product in Azure the hotkey's for RStudio seem to re-map. If you log out and log back in they reset back to normal. It's only happening sometimes so it's not a constant intended change.
Looking at doing things like profile refresh and checking against a 2nd user, but hoping someone else has seen this and can advise.
