I conducted a network analysis to measure the connections between symptoms and different dimensions of insight in schizophrenia. I used the EBIC Glasso function to estimate my network and plot it. However, the results are really bizarre. Nothing important seems to be connected... I was wondering if it was possible to alter the tuning parameters to include edges that have smaller correlations?
