My data frame contains several numeric variables, one polytomous and several binary variables. For dealing with missing data, I used MICE multiple imputation.
My next step would be to z-standardize numeric variables of the imputed data sets and conduct a mediation analysis.
Unfortunately, I haven't found a R code that worked for standardizing my imputed data.
What code can I use for standardization in combination with mediation?
