How can I exclude an item from the vignettes list? The syntax -matches('topic ') works to exclude functions but not vignettes.
Also, that syntax seems to exclude vignettes when I run build_articles() but the vignettes appear listed in the menu Articles of the final website.
Per the Suppressing vignettes section of the pkgdown docs:
An articles link will be automatically added to the default navbar if the vignettes directory is present: if you do not want this, you will need to customise the navbar. See
build_site()details.
In build_site() details, there's a section on the YAML - config navbar which is what you'll need to modify (link to section below — it just shows up with the generic site metadata)
