How to get the average of elements inside a table

Hello, I am new to RStudio. I want to do this problem where i have to find the average cholesterol level with the 4 heart pain types. Can you please tell me how to do that using simple codes.

I could calculate manually of each type by filtering the type needed. But i don't know how to get only the filtered data to the code.
