How to make a barplot with multiple columns

Hi
I am a complete beginner to R programming and have an exam due very soon. I need to make a barplot with multiple values. The topic i tuberculosis, and i have one CSV file with the frequency of each symptom. I want the barplot to have each symptom on the x-axis
i attached a photo of my code, but i may be completely wrong as i have no idea what i am doing

It would be really helpful if anyone could give me a fix for this.
