How to solve this error while installing python modules in RStudio?

I gave the following command

library(reticulate)
py_install("pandas")

I am getting an error while installing python modules in RStudio :

This seems like a connectivity issue, is your internet connection behind a proxy server or a firewall? Does the same happens when you try to install python packages from anaconda itself?
