I can't scroll scripts using touchpad

When I try to scroll the scripts using touchpad, it didn't work. Then, to scroll scripts, I need to use the roll bar of the R (which is not practical).

Anyone have this problem or know how to solve it?

Ps: I just update R, but I still can't scroll using touchpad
