I can't open a new notebook in R. My laptop is in for repair and I'm using a uni PC. Wondering if you think their firewall may be blocking R access to the internet? It seems weird if I am able to install new packages though..

The current version of caTools on CRAN is 1.18.0 and the error message refers to version 1.14. You may have to update several packages to get all of the dependencies aligned. Can you do a general update from RStudio on this system?
