After import the shape file layer, the Persian font in the shape file attribute table is incomprehensible.
I also enter the codes use_iconv = T, encoding = "UTF-8. Again, the Persian font is not read.
I save the layer using the sf package, there is still the same problem.
I made my Windows laptop completely Persian.
