In Quarto blog, how to choose a specific image for thumbnail in content page

Hello,
I'm starting a blog in quarto. I need to say quarto to choose a specific image in post folder to appear in grid in first page, first image chosen by default by quarto is not the best representative of the post. ¿How to do it?

Sorry, it's solved: adding "image: ..." in yaml section of index.qmd
My bad, didn't study docs enough.
