Should I install Rtools 4.3 for Windows? I'm running the most current versions of both R and RStudio.
I know this sounds like a dumb question but Rtools 4.3 is marked as "R-devel." I don't understand whether that means not quite ready for prime time or not.
I would say yes, it is recommended to install RTools with same version as your R version.
