Is there a keyboard shortcut or function to restart your RStudio session?

Hi folks,

I am wondering if there is a function or keyboard short cut I am missing for restarting my RStudio session (without clicking)? The equivalent of cmd/ctrl + shift + F10 for restarting R but for the RStudio project or session?

You can modify your keyboard shortcuts.

I can see how to set up and modify shortcuts, however it is not obvious to me whether one of those can close & reopen a session.

Under workbench scope, Cmd + Q closes the current R session (and the RStudio IDE). I am after something that does that, and then reopens the same session. But maybe I am asking for something that does not make sense or have a use case...
