Issues subsetting data (set to 0 but not gone)

Hey! I'm a fairly new user and am having issues with subsetting my data.

In the example that begins in line 105, I'm trying to remove all instances of "7777: Poor Data Quality" and "9999: True Missing". I've managed to get them all to zero, but am not sure what I should be doing to get rid of them entirely so I can run odds ratios, create a nice bar plot, etc. I copied something that had worked just fine for me in the past so I'm not sure where I've gone wrong here. What am I missing? Thank you so much for helping a noob out! :slight_smile:

whats the class of Q80... ? if a factor you probably have to change the factors levels

That was totally it, thank you! I was able to change the 9999s, etc. to NAs and now my table only has the levels I want in it.
