Library errors - RStudio 1.2.1335 - RHEL 7.2

I have a very similar problem on fedora 30 fresh installation.

This is my bug report:

RSTUDIO: on fedora 30, error while loading shared libraries: libssl.so.10 RStudio IDE

Starting rstudio results in the following error: $ rstudio rstudio: error while loading shared libraries: libssl.so.10: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory it looks like a 32 bit ssl lib is missing, but the package is a 64 bit one on a 64 bit workstation...
