Loading tidyverse package upon startup of R Studio

I was wondering if anyone here has figured out a way to automatically load the tidyverse package when you open up the R Studio IDE?

You can always follow these instructions here https://www.r-bloggers.com/load-packages-automatically-in-rstudio/. However, I'm not sure why would you need that.
If a package has a bug that causes it to crash, you'll end up having problems.
