I am working with the USFS to develop a shiny apps tool that we wish to deploy via the shinapps.io service. Periodic billing is hard to accomplish through the agency so I was wondering if it would be possible to get in touch with someone from the service to discuss a longer term contract (something like 5 years)? I can't find any customer support email or resources. Does anybody know where/who to get in touch with?
In addition I have some questions about the hardware provided- specifically how much storage is allotted for your tool? Our tool will require large extent geospatial data so we would need at least 10s of gigs of storage. I could not find this information on the website either.
