I am new to R.

I am working on pooled estimates for a survival model performed on multiple imputed datasets.

Could anyone of you have R codes to share please?

See here for using the use of the {mami} package for analysis, including survival models, with data imputed, by preference, with the {Amelia} package. The task view provides alternative imputation implementation, which also has a worked set of exemplary models of the veterans dataset.
