my project that I did has not been saved it was extremely important and had a lot of work what do I do?
Is this a RStudio Workbench issue or is it regarding your own PC? Maybe you can add more details to engage a conversation.

This is a Rstudio workbench issue. I am a Mac user, last year I tried to download r on my Mac but had too many issues. This year I just use r studio through browser. Anyway this is not the first time this has happened so when I create a project and work on it, after it has been closed (just not opened the tab after a while) when I try to go back it is literally not there
but for some reason I actually have 3 workspaces that are there when I have actually 5 I believe. I did save the work before you ask.
