Need Help. Cannot Install pillar and cil packages in RStudio (R Version is Microsoft R Client)

Hi All,

I am trying to use tidyr and dplyr packages. However, I need to install pillar and cil first.

I am unable to instead two packages due to the below errors, and I have also tried install them from the files directly, still not working:

Does anyone knows how to fix the issue?
