Not able to work on RStudio, getting error as "Unable to establish connection with R session"

Hi,

I am not able to work on RStudio, even after uninstall and reinstall both R and RStudio.
Below is the error I am getting.

R Version - R for Windows 3.6.2 Setup
RStudio Version - RStudio-1.2.5033

Can you please advise.
